3. Your computer has the correct software:
    Windows 2000/XP operating system.
4. You have downloaded and installed the latest version of QQ.

To check which version you have:

  • click on the Menu option on the QQ control panel (see fig.1.)
  • select Help
  • click on About.

If the screen mentions the "GIPS voice engine" (Fig. 2) you have the latest version. If not, then you will have to uninstall your current version of QQ and then re-install the latest one. Click here for more information on how to do this.
